Jim Hoffman began Hoffman Training in 2004 and has been making a difference in companies ever since. Prior to Hoffman Training, Jim spent 40 years in business and was instrumental in building a $4 million business into a $140 million business.

 

As a result of his extensive experience, Jim has particular expertise in process improvement, error reduction, quality control, measuring productivity, customer service, and strategic planning. He has achieved high levels of success in all areas of small business whether the issue is people or process related.

 

Jim has a passion for helping younger employees and managers understand how business works and is eager to demonstrate how doing business profitability is the key to a company's ability to be generous with its employees and good to its customers.

 

He has served as board member and president of two national groups: SWA (SHIMS Wholesalers Association) and the Eclipse User's Group.
